PSAT 8/9

  • For 8th and 9th  graders

  • The first in the College Board’s “SAT Suite of Assessments”

  • Establish a starting point in terms of college and career readiness as student’s transition to high school

  • Preparation and practice for the PSAT 10 and PSAT/NMSQT, and the SAT/ACT

Test Format:

  1. Evidence-Based Reading (42 questions)

  2. Writing & Language(40 questions)

  3. Math (38 questions)

 

Allotted time:

2 hours and 25 minutes

PSAT 8/9 Scores:

Total score between 240 and 1440

PSAT 10

  • For 10th  graders

  • Preparation and practice for the PSAT/NMSQT and the SAT/ACT

Test Format:

  1. Evidence-Based Reading (47 questions)

  2. Writing & Language (44 questions)

  3. Math (48 questions)

Allotted time:

2 hours and 45 minutes

PSAT 10 Scores:

Total score between 320 and 1520

PSAT/NMSQT 

  • For 11th graders

  • Help prepare students to take the SAT or ACT

  • The PSAT/NMSQT® (or Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test) is a preliminary version of the SAT

  • High PSAT score can also open the door to National Merit Scholarships and other awards

Test Format:

  1. Evidence-Based Reading (47 questions)

  2. Writing & Language (44 questions)

  3. Math (48 questions)

2 hours and 45 minutes

STUDY PSAT AT KEAES

The Intensive Private Prep Course allows students to set their own schedule which is very flexible. Students are able to choose the area they would like to focus on. 

Option 1: Private Class (1 student)

Option 2: Private Group Class (2-5 students)
